Before Works Commence
Asbestos Project Planning & Risk Management
Successful asbestos removal begins long before materials are removed from site.
Every project presents different risks depending on building occupancy, access constraints, surrounding properties, public exposure, operating requirements and the condition of the asbestos-containing materials.
What We Assess
-
Building occupancy and operational requirements
-
Access and exclusion zone requirements
-
Public and worker exposure risks
-
Waste handling and transportation logistics
-
Environmental and weather-related risks
-
Emergency response procedures
-
Compliance and notification requirements
This planning process allows works to be completed safely while minimising disruption to building occupants, tenants, employees and clients.
We are fully committed to the health and safety of everyone on your premises throughout the project.

Safety is critically important to us
Safety, Compliance & Documentation
Asbestos removal is governed by strict legislative and regulatory requirements.
For every project, we prepare a Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA) and Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS), which are kept onsite throughout the works so safety controls and compliance requirements remain clearly documented and accessible. These documents ensure the works are properly assessed, controlled and carried out in accordance with the relevant SafeWork NSW Code of Practice, Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and WHS Regulation requirements.
Throughout each project, we work closely with licensed air-monitoring specialists to ensure all required documentation, monitoring and certifications are completed and maintained. This ensures every stage of the project is properly planned, documented and independently verified.
How we Manage Projects
Built for Occupied, Operational Sites
01
Working Around Occupied Buildings
We regularly coordinate works around operational and occupied commercial, industrial, warehouse, shopping centres, Strata and multi-unit sites. Through detailed staging, isolation planning and communication with clients, works can often be completed while normal operations continue.
02
Site Isolation & Containment
During asbestos removal works, we implement strict site isolation measures to ensure safety of occupants, workers and surrounding areas. This includes controlled access zones, containment barriers and clear separation between work areas from operational spaces.
03
Independent air monitoring & Clearance
Independent air-monitoring specialists conduct monitoring throughout the removal process to verify that control measures remain effective and asbestos fibres are not released into surrounding occupied areas.
Upon completion of the removal works, final independent air-monitoring clearance checks are carried out. Once clearance certification is issued, occupants are able to access the area allowing normal operations to recommence.
This independent verification process provides assurance that works have been completed in a safe and compliant manner.
04
Complex Project Experience
Large-scale asbestos roof replacements across food manufacturing, Strata and operational industrial sites requiring extensive client coordination.
05
End-to-End Coordination
Where required, we engage and coordinate other trusted contractors and specialist trades - one point of responsibility from start to handover.
