Yes. Our roof replacement works can include metal roof sheeting, roof ventilation, insulation and safety mesh, rainwater drainage and gutters, skylights and natural lighting, flashings and cappings.
We install a range of commercial and industrial metal roofing systems, including COLORBOND® and ZINCALUME® steel in profiles such as TRIMDEK®, KLIP-LOK® and SPANDEK®. We also install associated systems including Bradford and Kingspan insulation, Ampelite skylights and rooflights, safety mesh, ventilation, gutters, flashings and cappings. Specialist systems such as Danpal architectural polycarbonate roofing may also be used where appropriate. The final system is selected to suit the building, existing structure, environment and performance requirements.
Yes. We manage the project from initial planning through to completion and handover, providing one point of contact throughout the works. Our role can include planning, staging, site coordination, access, safety and compliance requirements, materials, installation, project communication and final handover.
Yes. Where required, we coordinate the specialist requirements needed to deliver the works safely and efficiently. This can include crane lifts, access equipment, traffic and pedestrian management, engineering input, specialist contractors and separation of the work area from normal building operations.
