Before Works Commence
Assessing Existing Building Conditions
Every recladding project is different. Existing wall construction, structural supports, weatherproofing details, service penetrations, access requirements and building operations all influence the design and delivery of the replacement system.
By assessing these conditions early, we can identify potential challenges, develop practical solutions and deliver cladding upgrades that enhance appearance, durability and long-term building performance.
Project Delivery
End-To-End Project Management
Many recladding projects involve works beyond the wall cladding itself. Structural modifications, engineering requirements, access equipment, crane operations, traffic management, asbestos air monitoring specialists, electrical services and other specialist trades may all need to be integrated into the project.
By identifying these requirements early, we can coordinate the necessary trades, equipment and project controls through a single contract. This simplifies delivery for the client and keeps the upgrade moving efficiently from commencement through to completion.

Fordland - MRCAA Award Winner 2022
4,000 M²
A warehouse upgrade creating a modern architectural façade. A top-hat framing system was installed over the existing cladding, with new metal cladding applied vertically and horizontally in a distinctive checkerboard design - requiring precise set-out and custom flashings.

Woolwich Dock
2,000 M²
Removal of asbestos and wall cladding from a historic Sydney Harbour boatyard, followed by new Colorbond® steel roofing and cladding. Careful staging and access planning maintained ongoing site operations within an active marine environment, with new windows and louvres improving ventilation while preserving the building's historic character.

Yes. Where site conditions allow, cladding works can be planned and coordinated around building operations, access requirements and occupants to minimise disruption.
Yes. Recladding is often undertaken as part of a broader commercial building upgrade to improve weather protection, appearance, durability and long-term building performance.
Where possible, undertaking wall cladding replacement while a building is vacant or between tenancies can also reduce costs, as access is generally easier and there are fewer operational, staging and tenant-management requirements.

Yes. Depending on the project, we can coordinate structural modifications, engineering requirements, scaffolding and other access equipment, crane operations, traffic management and other specialist trades as part of the overall delivery.
We assess the existing wall construction, structural supports, weatherproofing details, service penetrations, access requirements, desired finish and building operations before developing the replacement approach.
Yes. Existing wall cladding can be upgraded or replaced with a suitable new metal cladding system. Where an exact match is required, this will depend on whether the existing profile and colour are still available.
If an exact match is no longer available, we can recommend alternative profiles, colours or design solutions to achieve a practical and visually appropriate result.
We install a range of commercial and industrial metal wall cladding systems using COLORBOND® and ZINCALUME® steel, including profiles such as TRIMDEK® and SPANDEK®, together with other architectural and industrial cladding profiles where appropriate. The system, profile, colour and detailing are selected to suit the building, performance requirements and desired appearance.
