Precision Delivery on a Live Build Programme
This new-build project required the complete installation of a high-performance roofing and wall cladding system, coordinated with multiple trades, access equipment, cranage and the wider construction programme.
Precision was essential to achieve reliable weather protection, thermal performance and a clean architectural finish.
Solution
Kingspan Insulated Roofing & a Fully Detailed Façade
R.O. Steel Roofing supplied and installed a complete Kingspan KS1000RW insulated roofing system, including box gutters, downpipes, flashings, cappings and associated roofing components. The external façade was completed with COLORBOND® Custom Orb wall cladding fixed over top hats to the eastern, northern and western elevations, together with powder-coated aluminium louvres to the northern plant area.
All cranage, access equipment and material handling were coordinated by our team to support efficient installation and integration with the broader build.
Outcome
A High-Performance Shell, Architectural Finish Achieved
The completed Ice Zoo facility received a durable, low-maintenance building envelope with strong thermal efficiency, weather resistance and a high-quality architectural finish. The integrated roofing, cladding, drainage and detailing systems provide long-term performance suited to the demands of the facility.
