R.O. Steel Roofing planned and coordinated the asbestos removal and full re-roofing programme to be completed in a single day. The job required precise sequencing of labour, materials, safety controls, access and roof installation across the 4,820m² building.

A New World Record, Caught on Camera
The entire roof was stripped and re-roofed in one day, allowing Storage King to reopen with minimal disruption to customers. The project set a world record for the largest roof stripped and re-roofed in a single day, and was documented in a short video showcasing the scale of planning and coordination involved.
